It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the x33 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. x33 accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
x33 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a valid government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. x33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify x33 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your x33 Account. x33 will investigate all reported cases of unauthorised access and take appropriate measures, which may include temporary Account suspension pending investigation.
x33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) x33 suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) KYC requirements are not satisfied; (c) suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the Account; or (d) you are found to be in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

Bonuses that are not used or fully wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account balance automatically. x33 will not reinstate expired bonuses.
A bet is only valid once confirmed and accepted by the x33 system. x33 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced, where the result is already known, or where a system or pricing error has occurred.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or display error, x33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. x33 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of any technical failure outside x33's reasonable control.
Any form of collusion, match fixing, insider information, or use of automated software (bots) to interact with the x33 Platform is strictly prohibited. x33 reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns and take enforcement action including Account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
x33 may apply maximum single-event or single-session win limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Where a win exceeds the applicable maximum, x33 reserves the right to adjust the payout accordingly.
